Planning where to go …
With poor weather forecast for the afternoon, we set off early for Tollerton (Nottingham City Airport, EGBN). Taking a direct route we crossed the Cranwell/Waddington MATZes for a landing on runway 21.
Busy airport with a busy cafe, but a bit pricey.
We returned to the south of the MATZes, passing overhead Skegness and heading north for a landing on Strubby runway 26.
