We routed west to the south of Gatwick airspace, then turned north for a straight run in to Fairoaks, which lies inside the Heathrow CTR.

London Transport Flying Club

LTFC was founded in 1931 and was the original owner of G-LTFB, having bought her new from Piper in August 1967. She stayed with the club at Fairoaks until 2003, giving 36 years of service and helping many pilots gain their flying licences.
